Delivery
Delivery is by Royal Mail Second Class Service with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 days. Orders weighing over 1kg for the UK Mainland will be sent by either Royal Mail Standard Parcel service or Courier delivery with an expected delivery time of 3 to 5 days.
These rates are in force with effect from 01 July 2009 but are subject to change should the Royal Mail/Courier services amend their prices - you will however be given sufficient notice of any changes.
Any orders over £32 in value will be split into two or more orders due to shipping insurance, if however you wish that these are sent in one package then please contact us for a quotation to include adequate shipping insurance.
Surcharge
Unfortunately to cover our costs, we may have to charge extra for all postage costs to postcodes HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44 & ZE. Also, BT, IM & TR15-21.
Please contact us beforehand to obtain a quote. Delivery of the item may also take longer to those postcodes.
Returns
We take pride in the quality of the goods that we send out to our customers. We only accept returns if the item is found to be faulty, damaged, or the incorrect item was sent from that order. Please contact us before returning an item to us.
